At Reeder, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every electronic purchase by offering a straightforward 30-day return policy. If your device isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Reeder account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
